Do I need an account to try it?
No. Drop a video, edit, and export, all without an account. Sign up to remove the watermark and get more videos every month. A paid plan raises the cap and removes the watermark from every video.
Do exported videos have a watermark?
Without an account, yes on every export. Sign up and the first few videos each month come out without one; after that it returns for the rest of the period. Paid plans never add it.
Do credits count per video or per export?
Per video. One upload uses one credit. After that, restyle and re-export as many times as you want at no extra cost.
Why are the captions part of the video instead of a subtitle track?
Subtitle tracks need the player to render them. TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and muted autoplay ignore them. Tscaps burns the captions into the pixels of every frame, so they play the same everywhere. Animated captions (word-by-word reveal, per-word emphasis, keyframe transitions) cannot be expressed in subtitle formats at all.

Yes. Each scene can wear its own look. On cloud, the AI groups your scenes automatically, picking out hooks, speakers, and shifts so each gets its own style. On local, you assign them by hand.
Can I edit the transcript after it generates?
Yes. Rewrite words, retime per word or per scene, split lines, insert words mid-scene. You can also assign scenes to sheets by hand, one at a time or several at once.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month to month with no commitment. Your projects stay in your account; if you downgrade, the Free limits come back and so does the watermark, once you have used the videos Free exports without one.
